A Ritual to Awaken the Crown

This sacred alignment ritual is designed to open your 7th chakra — the crown — and invite divine remembrance, clarity of path, and spiritual authority.

It is for the woman who forgot she was born crowned, and for the moment she chooses to remember.

Crafted with intention to:

• Reclaim your divine name
• Silence false voices and soul noise
• Restore ancestral memory
• Strengthen the spiritual connection between your crown and Creator

🕊️ Materials You’ll Need:

• A white or purple candle
• Crown oil or frankincense essential oil
• A mirror
• Glass bowl of water (preferably spring water)
• Gold ink (if available)
• A clean cloth or scarf to wrap the head

🌿 Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Prepare the Space
   Light your candle. Place the bowl of water in front of you. Gaze into the mirror softly.
2. Anoint the Crown
   Using your finger, apply oil in a clockwise circle at the top of your head. Speak your full birth name, followed by:
   “I am the one chosen to remember.”
3. Call Back Your Name
   Speak this aloud:
   “I release every title placed on me by force, shame, or silence.
   I crown myself with remembrance.
   My soul name rises again — and this time, it is mine to wear.”
4. Water Blessing
   Dip your fingers in the water and gently touch your forehead, then the crown of your head. Let any names, memories, or faces rise. Do not force — just allow.
5. Wrap the Crown
   Cover your head with the cloth or scarf as a sacred act of sealing the ritual.
