Title: September โ€ข The 4โ€“4โ€“6 Reset

Intro: When the mind races, lengthen the exhale. This simple pattern nudges your nervous system toward calm.

Steps (3โ€“5 minutes)

  1. Sit comfortably. Soften your jaw and drop your shoulders.
  2. Inhale through the nose for 4 counts.
  3. Hold gently for 4 counts.
  4. Exhale through the mouth for 6 counts.
  5. Repeat for 5 rounds. If thoughts appear, notice them and return to the count.

Body check (30 seconds)

Release the tongue from the roof of your mouth. Smooth the space between your brows. Unclench your hands.

Seal the practice

Place right hand on heart, left on belly. Breathe naturally for 60 seconds and whisper:
