### ✍🏽 Ritual Instructions:
1. Prepare your space (clean, quiet, sacred).  
2. Light your Release Flame and place your scroll before it.  
3. Read the words aloud from the scroll — slowly, with breath.  
4. Sit in silence and let what needs to rise… rise.  
5. Speak your chosen affirmation.  
6. Burn or dispose of your scroll (safely), then close with the included Disposal Prayer.  
7. Rest. Journal. Let it be done.
