All orders are prepared and processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Custom readings, ritual candles, and oils may require additional time due to spiritual preparation.

• Readings (Email or Phone): Delivered within 48–72 hours unless otherwise noted

• Candles & Oils: Crafted and shipped within 5–7 business days

• Bundles or Custom Orders: May take up to 10 business days

🚚 Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.

• Domestic orders (U.S.): USPS First Class or Priority Mail

• International orders (where available): USPS International or carrier-selected

• Tracking numbers will be provided upon shipment

🕯️ Ritual & Reading Add-On Shipping

If you’ve purchased a reading with a candle or oil add-on, please note:

• Your reading will be delivered via email or Phone as scheduled

• Your candle/oil will ship separately with a tracking number

• You’ll receive a confirmation once your item has been blessed, sealed, and sent

• Delays due to weather, carrier errors, or natural events

• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

• Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
