Returns

  • Due to the personal and spiritual nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used items, including candles, oils, bath beads, and other ritual items.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for unopened and unused items.
  • To request an exchange, contact us at shanta8723@icloud.com ย within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items for an exchange, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Shipping

  • Once your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back.
  • We process exchanges as quickly as possible, but please allow 5โ€“10 business days for your new item to arrive.
