Course Purpose

Our environments influence our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, energy, and overall well-being.

This Environment & Sacred Spaces Elective explores the relationship between physical surroundings, emotional atmosphere, energetic awareness, and intentional living. Students will learn how their home, workplace, relationships, and daily environments can either support or drain their growth.

The goal is to cultivate spaces that reflect peace, clarity, balance, and alignment.
