COURSE 107 - Generational Pattern Breaking

Theme

Ending Inherited Cycles

Purpose

This course is designed to help students identify, understand, and consciously interrupt patterns that have been passed through family systems, generations, and lineage.

Many beliefs, behaviors, emotional responses, fears, relationship dynamics, and survival strategies are inherited long before they are examined. Some patterns serve us. Others continue cycles of pain, limitation, dysfunction, or disconnection.

This course invites students to explore the influence of family history while recognizing their power to make different choices moving forward.

The goal is not blame.

The goal is awareness.

Awareness creates choice.

Choice creates new legacies.
