COURSE 106 - Identity Reclamation

Theme

Remembering Who You Are

Purpose

This course is designed to help students reclaim their authentic identity by examining the roles they have played, the masks they have worn, the expectations they have carried, and the truth of who they are beneath those layers.

Throughout life, people often adapt themselves to survive, belong, please others, avoid rejection, or meet expectations. Over time, it can become difficult to distinguish between who they truly are and who they learned to be.

This course invites students to reconnect with their authentic self by releasing outdated identities and embracing who they are becoming.

The goal is not to become someone new.

The goal is to remember who you have always been.

Authenticity creates freedom.

Freedom creates alignment.

📖 COURSE COMPLETION STATEMENT

Identity is not something you must create.

It is something you remember.

As layers of expectation, conditioning, performance, and protection fall away, the authentic self becomes easier to recognize.

By reclaiming your identity, you give yourself permission to live, choose, speak, and exist as the person you truly are.

Authenticity begins when you stop abandoning yourself to meet the expectations of others.
