COURSE 103 - Boundaries & Discernment
Theme
Protecting What Matters
Purpose
This course is designed to help students develop healthy boundaries, strengthen discernment, and learn how to protect their energy, peace, time, and well-being.
Many people struggle with boundaries because they associate them with rejection, conflict, selfishness, or guilt. In reality, boundaries are acts of self-respect and self-preservation.
Students will learn how to identify where boundaries are needed, manage their energy more intentionally, choose who has access to them, and strengthen their ability to discern what is aligned and what is not.
