COURSE 101

Self-Awareness & Awakening

Theme

Seeing What Is

Purpose

This course serves as the foundation of the House of Asheriya curriculum.

Before healing can occur, before boundaries can be established, and before identity can be reclaimed, a student must first learn to see themselves clearly.

This course is designed to develop self-awareness through honest observation, personal responsibility, and recognition of recurring patterns.

Students will learn how to observe their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, choices, and experiences without judgment while developing the ability to recognize the truth of their current reality.

The goal is not self-criticism.

The goal is awareness.

Awareness creates choice.

Choice creates transformation.
