๐ฅ PURPOSE
Release Breath is designed to help you let go of what no longer serves your growth.
This practice supports:
- emotional release
- energetic clearing
- forgiveness
- surrender
- transformation.
Use this breathwork when:
- You are holding onto resentment
- You are struggling to forgive
- You feel emotionally heavy
- You are experiencing grief
- You are releasing old patterns, beliefs, or attachments
Release creates space for something new.
๐ฟ WHEN TO USE
Use this practice:
- During forgiveness work
- During grief work
- During release rituals
- After difficult conversations
- When completing emotional healing exercises
- When you feel emotionally burdened
๐ฅ THE PRACTICE
Sit comfortably.
Allow your shoulders to relax.
Place both feet firmly on the floor.
Rest your hands comfortably in your lap.
Close your eyes if comfortable.
Take three slow breaths.
Then begin:
Inhale for 4 counts
Gather awareness.
Hold for 2 counts
Acknowledge what is present.
Exhale for 8 counts
Release tension, emotion, resistance, and attachment.
Repeat for:
โณ 5โ10 minutes
With every exhale, imagine releasing what no longer belongs in your space.
There is nothing to force.
Simply allow.

As you breathe, gently notice:
- What am I still carrying?
- What am I ready to release?
- What no longer belongs in my life?
- What am I making space for?
Observe without judgment.
Release without force.

I release with grace.
I release with trust.

I create space for healing.
I welcome what is aligned.
