Close your eyes if comfortable.

Bring your attention to your heartbeat.

Begin the following breathing pattern:

Inhale for 4 counts

Imagine breathing directly into your heart space.

Hold for 2 counts

Allow yourself to receive the breath.

Exhale for 6 counts

Release tension, protection, and emotional armor.

Repeat for:

⏳ 5–10 minutes

Continue breathing gently and intentionally.

❤️ HEART AWARENESS

As you breathe, gently notice:

  • What am I feeling right now?
  • What emotion wants acknowledgment?

Allow the answers to emerge naturally.

There is nothing to force.
